I wanted this piece to feel like a late summer evening in September, hence the warm color choices. Virgo is the zodiac sign that represents the yearly period of harvesting and stands for fertility and (motherly) wisdom. These traits are expressed through wheat, orchids, and dragonflies. I also wanted to emphasize the lesser-known, but subtle sensual traits of this zodiac sign.
